To enhance your buying and selling experience, it’s our job as real estate professionals to provide you with as much valuable information as possible. It is essential that the buyer or seller be aware of all aspects of the real estate market before making a major decision. Whether it be through newsletters, checklists or news articles, we are here to make this process stress-free and rewarding. Please access my free reports today!
I would recommend reviewing the most recently completed report: 2008-2009 and make some comparisons to the 1999-2009 report. What you will find is a rather interesting trend we have seen in the past. Sellers should take note of the inventory signals as positive. November sales actually exceeded new inventory, inventory has dropped to the lowest since 2000, and the sales, closing, and under contract numbers have collided. The last time I have seen these numbers collide was 2003 through 2004. (see 1999-2009 report)
